What is InventSports' 'Returns Policy'?
We design and manufacture our products to highest standards, so if they're not perfect when you receive them we are here to make good on our promise. When buying on InventSports.com, we provide you 30 days from the delivery date to contact us about any problems. Any defective item will promptly be replaced at no charge to purchaser. If a defective product is found, please call or email InventSports immediately to describe the defect situation. InventSports may request pictures or the return of the item. Items used within normal use guidelines will be replaced; items mis-used or used outside reasonable product limits will not be replaced.
How do I return an item?
Returning an item is easy (not that you will want to!). Simply package it securely and post it to us. If you have changed your mind about the product then we will simply refund your money after we have safe receipt of the item and are satisfied that it has not been damaged or worn (placed on the barbeque). In the unlikely event that your item is faulty please return it to us and we will replace it.

Return an item in person to our store.
Items can be returned to our HQ in person, please call or email before hand to notify us. If there is any problem at all, please also contact as soon as you realise. If it's after 30 days, please endeavour to get in touch ASAP.
Where is my refund?
After we receive and process your return, we'll send you a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original form of payment within two business days. Please note that it may take up to 10 additional business days for your payment method to reflect the refund
If you paid by bank transfer, you'll need to provide your bank details before we can issue your refund. Please use this link to send your bank transfer information.
